Sebagian besar kebijakan server maupun instansi yang berada di Asia Pasifik tunduk pada hukum berlaku di wilayah Singapura. Namun, dalam “1423 Project”, “1423 Project Indonesia” (sebagai “proyek pribadi/personal”), serta nama sebelumnya TUNDUK PADA hukum berlaku di wilayah Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) dengan dasar negara yaitu Pancasila. Untuk keterkaitan dengan server di luar Indonesia tetap mempertahankan kebijakan instansi maupun penyedia server.
Hak privasi perorangan maupun instansi tetap dilakukan. Dalam menggunakan kuki, tembolok, maupun izin untuk keperluan informasi. Informasi tersebut dapat dilakukan secara tidak sadar oleh pihak ketiga yang diluar laman maupun proyek ini. Laman maupun proyek ini berusaha untuk menjaga rahasia informasi. Dalam kasus hak privasi maupun informasi yang bersifat privasi/rahasia dilakukan oleh pihak berwenang atau yang bersangkutan dalam menangani kuki, tembolok, maupun privasi.
Lisensi maupun penggunaan non komersil berdasar pada ketentuan non komersil dan beberapa izin dalam komersil terbatas dan non komersil.
1423 adalah angka dan tidak dapat disalin berhukum alias copyright. 1423 Project dan 1423 Project Indonesia adalah nama yang terinspirasi dari nama awal “\usr\1423H\A” berdasar sampul buku catatan bertulis “كشكول 1423 هجرية (Buku Catatan 1423 Hijriah)”. \usr\1423H\A, “Min1423A” dan “Min777A” adalah nama alternatif 1423 Project. “IMLSHORID” dan “TURENSELA” adalah nama awal proyek pribadi/personal dari keseluruhan sejarah 1423 Project + 1423 Project Indonesia. █████████████████████████████████████████████████. ███████████████████████████████████████████████████████████.
Ketentuan nama tersebut tidak diperkenankan copyright maupun paten yang atas nama maupun dilakukan oleh di luar (nama pengguna Github) AbyanMNA atau nama karakter fiksi (Kusanalika Xamarin Vohagen; kuxav). Kecuali TURENSELA, tidak dapat copyright, dilisensikan, dan/atau paten.
Karena kemungkinan pihak di luar proyek ini berusaha mengambil data, bertanggung jawab atas informasi data. Dalam kasus keamanan, pihak proyek ini tidak bertanggung jawab akibat proses perkara maupun kasus pengambilan data tersebut.
Informasi rahasia kemungkinan tersebarkan karena informasi sudah tidak rahasia dan/atau informasi harus dipublikasikan sesuai dengan aturan maupun adat istiadat.
